Set up your names, projects, voice, connected Reddit account and communities, and what each setting changes.
Names
The name answers should use, your site, up to three alternate spellings, and up to ten competitors.
Projects
One project per product or site. Starter includes one; another is a $25 a month add-on.
Voice
One voice per project: a tone, a short persona, and topics.
The Reddit account the extension saw in your browser, with karma, account age, and the Skip warmup switch. Starter includes one account; another is a $99 a month add-on. Reddit signs in one account at a time, so connect each account from its own Chrome profile. The Extension page explains how. The page also shows why automatic posting is held (a suspension, removed comments, or the first-week limit), a button to resume after you review removed comments, and any communities that banned the account. It shows what was last stored and does not read Reddit itself.

Questions
What are names used for?
Names are what AppearsIn looks for in AI answers and Reddit mentions: your brand name, your site, up to three alternate spellings and up to ten competitors.
How many projects can I have?
One project per product or site. Starter includes one, Growth and Pro three, and another is a $25 a month add-on.
What does the voice setting change?
It sets how drafts and articles sound: a tone, a short persona and topics, one voice per project.
Why does the Reddit page show a pause?
Automatic posting is held when Reddit reports the account as suspended, when two of the last five comments were removed, or while the first-week limit applies. After removals, a button lets you resume once you have reviewed them.
Can I connect more than one Reddit account?
Yes, up to your plan's limit. Reddit signs in one account at a time per browser, so connect each from its own Chrome profile with the extension installed.
