How often answers and threads are refreshed, what runs automatically, and fair use.

How often things are refreshed

On every plan, each question is checked on ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Gemini and Perplexity about once a week and on Claude, Meta Muse Spark and Grok about once a month, and your Reddit threads are scanned about once a week. This happens automatically. A new question is picked up by the next daily check, so you do not wait a week to see its first result.

Today and Score show what runs next. The daily jobs start at 06:00 UTC for Reddit threads and 07:00 UTC for AI answers. Your first scan and first check start on their own as soon as you finish setup.

Fair use

Each plan includes a fair amount of automated checking. If a workspace reaches it in a billing period, automated checks pause until the next period and everything else keeps working. Writing and rewriting drafts is always included.

Prompts and communities

The prompt and community limits on each plan are sized so that everything you add is refreshed on schedule. When you want more prompts than your plan includes, add 100 more questions or move to a higher plan. See Plans.

What runs in the background

Anything that calls a model or another website runs in the background, so the page answers at once and a long job cannot time out. These are: rewriting a draft, writing an article, creating a thread from a mention, suggesting communities, creating a project from a site address, reading your site in setup, posting an article to Ghost, and refreshing the Google reports under Proof. The button shows that it is working, and the page reloads with a message when the job ends. If you press a button again while its job is running, it joins the running job instead of starting another.
