Subscribing
There is no free trial: how you choose a plan, what you get on each one, and what happens when a subscription ends.
No free trial
AppearsIn has no free trial. Your first sign-in creates your workspace, and you choose a plan before anything runs. Scans, AI checks, drafts and the extension queue all need a plan, because each one costs real money to run.
Choosing a plan
Pick Lite, Starter, Growth or Pro from Preferences, Plan, and pay monthly or yearly (20 percent off). Checkout is handled by a payment processor, and its webhook then sets your plan and billing period. Every plan includes unlimited seats, and you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
When a subscription ends
While a subscription is canceled, the app sends you to the plan page, and scans stop and the extension queue is empty. While it is past due, scans stop but you keep access to your workspace. Your drafts and questions stay in the workspace, so subscribing again picks up where you left off.
