Draft kinds

The kind is chosen in this order: brand_monitor when the draft comes from Heard; llm_trusted when the thread URL is cited in your answers; reply when the snippet contains a question mark; warmup when the connected account has under 10 comment karma and Skip warmup is off; otherwise promotional. A warm-up draft never mentions your product, an alias, or your URL. A promotional draft mentions your name once.

Relevance threshold

Each draft call returns a match percent and a one-sentence reason. Below your threshold (Strict 80, Balanced 70, Lenient 60) no draft is created. The reason appears as Why this thread.

Approval switches

Preferences, Replies has one switch each for reply, warm-up, LLM-trusted, and brand-monitor drafts. When on, that kind is created open and waits for Use this. When off (the default for new projects), it is created ready and, with automatic posting on, the extension posts it within your daily limit. Projects created before automatic posting existed keep their switches and have it off. Promotional drafts always start open.

The 10 comment karma hold

While the connected Reddit account has under 10 comment karma, any draft that names your product, an alias or your website stays open and Use this is refused, whatever its kind. New drafts in that period are written without the name, so reply, AI-cited and brand-mention drafts read like warm-up comments. Turn on Skip warmup on the Reddit page to lift the hold. The extension never browses or upvotes to change karma.

Actions

Use this, Remove from queue, Copy and open, Skip, Rewrite (new body and reason, back to open), and Edit (not allowed once sent).

Filters

Tabs are Open, Ready, Sent, and Passed. Close match is 80 percent or higher. Still live means a scan found the thread in the last 14 days. Has replies is a sent draft whose comment score is above 0.
