The engines

Each question is checked on ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Meta Muse Spark and Grok. We record whether an answer names your brand, what it says about you, and which pages it cites. This is separate from the search that finds Reddit threads.

Score

For the latest scan day, a question counts as naming your brand when any of its engine rows has the brand named. The score is that count divided by your number of questions, times 100, rounded. Bands: Poor 0–20, Fair 21–40, Good 41–60, Very Good 61–80, Excellent 81–100. Before the first scan the score shows an em dash.

Rankings

Each row is your brand or a competitor. Visibility is the percent of questions whose latest answers name it. Share of voice is its named-question count divided by the sum across all rows. Position is its average order of appearance in answers. Sentiment is the most common sentiment on those rows.
